This service is currently unavailable because the physical server we were using to run it has suffered a serious hardware failure.

We are reviewing whether the affected services can be rebuilt and restored. Unfortunately, at this stage, we cannot guarantee that restoration will be possible.

To avoid inconvenience to customers, we will stop taking any further payments while the service is unavailable. If any payment was due during this period, we will not process it until the situation is clear.
